I am also including the url for the Helen Creighton Folklore Society, which makes its home in Halifax.  While most of the music shared in these sessions is not from Cape Breton a lot of it was collected by Helen Creighton in Nova Scotia.  The group includes a number of very strong singers, some fine instrumentalists and lots of humour.  We'll continue to meet the second and fourth Fridays of the month at Just Us! on Spring Garden Road so if you are planning to make a trip to Halifax keep these sessions in mind.
