(Smile and be friendly whether or not you are performing)

No, it's harp, Marcellin, usually only in Cheticamp. I am really impressed with harpists who can smile while fishing about through all those strings. After I finish playing, I am so relieved that I didn't totally screw up that I am always in a good, friendly mood and quite willing to chat with anyone near me, especially if I am in busking mode.

I don't think I've met you personally but if I'm correct, you play the pipes which makes it hard to smile and play. However, when you are not playing, I believe you are still a friendly person. That would make up for the drooling:):):). best wishes...

I try to smile while I play but then I tend to drool, which undermines some of the appeal of the smile. ;-)
