IMPORTANT PETITION to ease visa regulations

I was going to say, you have to know what the name is in case you are signing a petition on behalf of a double murderer.  

But those people don't have any trouble getting into the US, even when driving the victims' car and carrying bloody murder equipment, and hence unlike fiddlers have no need of petitions:  http://everything2.com/title/The+Minto+Double+Murder
