He did get a great song out of the incident as any good songwriter 
should, but hopefully the airline's president has learned about the 
song and any impact on company finances is all due to Dave's song.

Please mention it if contacting United for flights anywhere. GEt them 
to put in writing any assurances they give you. In triplicate!

Otherwise, you will have to write a new song or sing Dave's song.
