Judith: I suspect that Santa may be leaving a new camera under the tree for
me this year, so first thing in January we'll get some of the good times at
the Oak on You Tube. That is, of course, if I am right in my suspicions!
Also, some of the gang from the Oak have made the move to Florida for the
winter so there are a few more CB music fans down there with you. If I find
out where I'll let you know.

For the rest of you: If you happen to be in Canada's National Capital around
Christmas you are all invited to join us for a Cape Breton Christmas party
at the Royal Oak at Bank and MacLaren on Dec. 21. All our usual boatload of
CB fiddle tunes plus a few special Christmas tunes and songs. Also, in
addition to our regular Sunday afternoon gatherings we're having a square
dance on Sunday Feb. 8. Details for that will be on the website and facebook

Just had a listen to the music - wonderful, the pipes makes me shiver from
the inside out and the fiddle always brings a tear to my eyes.  Let's get
more of that great music on YouTube - in particular from the Oak in Ottawa -
Beth, Aline?  Please....  Also, anyone know where to find CB fiddlers in
southwest Florida?  Has to be some.
