Cape Breton Pipe Band?

Hi Folks,

I ran across this on YouTube:

It is apparently from a concert in Italy by a small group of pipers and 
two drummers, who call themselves "The Cape Breton Pipe Band". I can't 
find any information about them on google. Does anyone know who this 
was?
